Our trips to Devils Lake for rock climbing are open to all who want to come. Groups are made up of both male and female, young and not so young. All climbing dates are on Saturdays and we leave about 6am. The drive is about 3 hours with a quick stop for breakfast. Climbing usually ends about 4pm and after gathering our gear we go to a sit-down restaurant for a meal together before the ride home. Some folks come to just to watch or to hike the trails in the area but we always have a great time. We use proper equipment and safe technique for setting anchors (we only use top rope set-ups) and belaying.
